Indonesia is a densely populated country; but, its economic development is still at a developmental state. Employment opportunities created by economic development, however, are unable to satisfy the local peoples' livelihoods. Therefore, a large amount of surplus labor has been created. MaidsDot.com hopes to help improve this situation and has invested in and established a training schools in Indonesia providing overseas employers with a supply of qualified domestic helper; thus, creating employment opportunities for local people and increasing foreign exchange earnings. In this way we hope to help improve local peoples' living conditions. Presently, we place domestic helpers throughout Southeast Asia in places such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei. We have even placed employees as far as the Middle East and to date have made an accumulative total of over one hundred thousand placements. We welcome your visit (Culture Tour) Stage
1 Recruitment We recruit women locally interested in becoming maids overseas and carry out interviews. Our senior staff is directly responsible for the checking and assessment of trainees background information including their family background and state of health. This process ensures that each trainee meets our rigorous standards. After acceptance, the documentation of each trainee is entered into a computer and systematically filed. This information goes into our database allowing employers to make your selections at any time. We carry out recruitment on a monthly basis. Those applicants who admission applications are accepted are recalled to our training centre for training. School regulations require every trainee to get up at 6 o'clock every morning and do morning exercises to accustom trainees to getting up early. After breakfast, trainees immediately begin various kinds of training.
