Application conditions:

1. Income must be $36,000 and above if the wife is not working. If both husband & wife are working, the combined income should be $30,000 and above.

2. Photocopy Notice of Income Tax Assessment if both are working.If the employer does not have the tax, assessment, they have to sign a declaration form to ask the MOM to verify from the IRAS.
